This policy explains what information AdCitrus ("we", "us") collects through adcitrus.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
- Audit request form: your name, business website URL and email address.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include when you write to asad@adcitrus.com.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not set cookies for analytics.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the free audit you asked for, and to reply to your messages.
- To follow up about that audit or our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers it securely.
- Web3Forms receives audit form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related emails for as long as needed to serve you and for our normal business records, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email asad@adcitrus.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
